You can’t really describe the feeling – to sleep in fresh, white sheets, the aroma of fresh hay around you and a person you love next to you under the starry sky of Latgale, while listening to grasshoppers and cicadas playing their music right next to you. Sometimes you can even hear an owl in the nearby trees, and at the first sign of light, the whole meadow comes to life with the birds singing all around you. As the ‘’Little prince’’ once said, in nights like these, we see with our hearts and the fragile beauty of the world embraces us as does the love of God, I which he has created it all for us.
